  •   1. Product Background of Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Steel Sheet
      SuperDyma Zinc-Aluminium-Magnesium alloy coated steel sheet, which was developed successfully by Nippon Iron Corporation in 2001, is mainly used to replace stainless steel products and improve the performance of galvanized steel sheet. The first hot-dip galvanized Al-Mg steel plate (XLM) was successfully developed by Shandong Kerui Steel Co., Ltd. in 2013.
     
      2. Introduction of Corey's "XLM"
      XLM galvanized Al-Mg steel sheet is a new type of environmental protection steel sheet with high corrosion resistance and high strength by adding appropriate proportion of zinc, aluminium and magnesium into its sheet to produce composite effect. It still keeps the original appearance of steel plate under the severe corrosion environment, reduces the general steel post-processing technology, and reduces the subsequent cost of use. At the same time, due to the reduction of plating, the product saves resources and protects the environment.
      Because XLM board saves a lot of working procedures, it saves a lot of later cost for future processing and maintenance, and it is very environmentally friendly. This product is excellent in salt spray test and red rust resistance.

      With the passage of time, the components of zinc hydroxide [Zn (OH) 2], alkaline zinc chloride [ZnCl24Zn (OH) 2], magnesium hydroxide [Mg (OH) 2] and other compact protective coatings were formed around the edge of the cut face of galvanized Al-Mg steel plate. These ingredients will cover the end of the incision in a few months. The protective film has low conductivity and obvious inhibition effect on the corrosion of the end part.

      SuperDyma锌铝镁合金镀层钢板,是日本新日铁公司2001年研发成功的一种板材,主要为了取代不锈钢产品和提高镀锌板的性能。首块热镀锌铝镁钢板(科瑞商标:XLM)由山东科瑞钢板有限公司于2013年开发成功。
      2、科瑞“XLM”简介
      XLM镀锌铝镁钢板,就是在它的板材中添加了合适比例的锌、铝、镁,使其产生复合效果,具有高强度的抗腐蚀性,是一种高耐腐蚀新型环保型钢板。它在严酷的腐蚀环境下仍然保持钢板的原来面貌,减少了一般钢材后期加工工艺,降低了使用后续成本。同时由于减少了电镀,该产品节约了资源亦保护了环境。
      由于XLM板节省了很多道工序,为日后的加工维护节约了很多后期成本,且非常的环保。这种产品在盐雾试验、耐红锈方面都十分优异。

      镀锌铝镁钢板的切口端面四周边部随着时间的推移镀层成分的溶出,形成氢氧化锌【Zn(OH)2】、碱性氯化锌【ZnCl24Zn(OH)2】及氢氧化镁【Mg(OH)2】等组成的致密保护皮膜。这些成分在数月之内就会覆盖切口端面部分。这种保护皮膜导电性低,对端面部分的腐蚀有明显的抑制效果
